Costumer Evaluations

Like the prior poster, bfun, I ordered "Life on the Frontier" playset with the teepee from Large Fly sport. Instead, I received the "Life on the Frontier" with the totem pole and bears. If Consumer service responds and I can get this problem resolved (receive actual order Teepee playset in time for Christmas 2011) I will be content to amend my existing rating of 1 star.

I ordered this toy for my grandson. When it arrived, it was the wrong item. Very same name, several figures. Also, I thought the superior was poor for the value charged. I tried to return it at the Amazon Site, but was told since it was essentially purchased from Christy's Toy Outlet, I had to contact them. They gave me the quantity which I known as. Upon calling the number, I was answered by a generic answering machine and told to leave my name and number. I am nonetheless waiting to hear from them. I have at all times received good service from Amazon, but I am extremely dissapointed with this experience. It is the very first time I have ordered from a third party via Amazon, and will by no means obtain anything from Christy's Toy Outlet once again.
