I purchased this complete set for my 4 yr old daughter about a month ago and it is the greatest toy ever! Yes, the garage does fall apart and the doors fall off, but all I utilized was one particular piece of tape all the way about to secure the roof and considering that then there hasn't been a predicament at all You can not even see the tape, and it is a fairly easy fix. I do recommend that you use the tape trick in particular if you have small ones like I do. They just are not as gentle as older kids and she tended to knock the roof off easliy. I do not find that the hamsters get stuck at all. Most persons do not really recognize how these small guys work. First and foremost you have to replace the batteries in all the hamsters when you get them home. The batteries are only for in-shop use and it says so on the instructions and on the internet site as nicely. When you adjust the batteries....wow watch these little guys go! Secondly you have to pay focus to the tunnel directions, once again in the instructions and the site, otherwise they will not function correctly. Thirdly, they do NOT get stuck, they make their personal tiny choices...just let them go and see what they do! My daughter LOVES these and has played with them non cease considering the fact that she got them more than a month ago. For the value they are wonderful! (Not on amazon though, look at toys r us or walmart, or in particular ebay instead they have the complete set for a fairly good deal!)

How to repair? Very simple, hot glue. It takes literally 30 seconds to hot glue the garage at all 4 snaps and it fixes your difficulty. The garage stays place.. the doors stay put and that is that - no way more of it falling. Should really you have to do this? Nicely, no, but its an highly effortless fix that is a remedy to the challenge.
Second issue.. how to get the car to go. When you place the auto in the garage - do NOT push it all the way back! When you do this, you'll notice the vehicle goes over a slight bump of some sort.. the zhu-zhu has complications acquiring on the vehicle and wont go particularly far. As an alternative, put the car on the especially edge of the garage, where the bumper is touching the doors when they are closed - all 3 of our zhu-zhus can "drive" this vehicle just fine when it is like this (and, on carpet.. we have it upstairs on our carpet.. all three zhu-zhus have no difficulty going on our carpet!) - So there is a the remedy for that problem.
When you do these factors.. then it makes the garage one of the cutest accessories out there.. it is incredibly cute when the zhu-zhu goes down the ramp, into the garage and up the car and just "drives" it out! The zhu-zhu will remain on the automobile and just drive it about till you take it out of the vehicle. We really do love this accessory.. fairly entertaining (and the cats appreciate it too!)
